Comprehensive system, great support
I recently migrated my medspa's data to Boulevard, focusing on their HIPAA Compliant Medspa Software. The data migration process took about 10 days, a bit longer than I hoped, but their support team was very responsive throughout. They guided me through setting up Custom Forms and integrating our Payment Processing. Good value, minor snag
I signed up for the Client Experience Platform and generally it's been a solid choice. The Marketing Automation tools are quite powerful for the price, and the Online Booking Widget is very slick. My main issue was with the initial setup of the Gift Card Sales; it took a couple of calls to customer service to get it running perfectly. They were helpful, but it added an extra afternoon to the onboarding process. Still, the overall value and features make it worthwhile.
